Why So Many 'Unwanted Jobs?'
The recent immigration protests, including the boycotts and demonstrations, have focused attention on a growing problem in America. There aren't enough workers to do the menial jobs.

That's what the administration says is the main reason for creating a 'guest-worker' program. The 'Day Without Latinos' protest was supposed to highlight the same problem.

The idea was to show America what life would be like if we had to cut our own lawns. The protest fizzled, (we just cut our own lawns or let the grass grow) but they still got the point across.

America is largely dependent on immigrant labor to do the entry-level jobs that used to be the exclusive province of high-school kids.

Nevada Democrat Harry Reid voiced his concern that Las Vegas' tourist industry would be devastated without access to cheap illegal immigrant labor.

California Democrat Barbara Feinstein was so concerned about the potential labor shortage introduced a bill that would have legalized all illegal immigrants, regardless of how long they have lived here. The bill was (thankfully) defeated.

But everybody is talking around the point. WHY is there a labor shortage for entry level jobs? WHY does America need millions and millions of warm bodies to fill these jobs? Where are the high-school kids that used to fill them?

America is reaping the benefits of thirty years of unrestricted abortion. The Bible teaches that children are a gift to their parents from God.

The Psalmist wrote; "Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate. (Psalms 127:3-5)

The liberals complain that there are millions of 'unwanted jobs' in America, and that fact justifies the illegal invasion of workers from the south.

These are the same liberals who used to chant slogans about 'unwanted babies'.
