The first thing you learn in spiritual warfare is that you do not give strength to the entity by acknowledging it's presence.  The only thing that we are doing by talking about it is making it stronger and more known.  When battling a demon you let it know that it is beneath you, it has already lost because you are covered in the blood of Jesus.  If GOD is for us than who can be against us.  And my favorite quote, Psalm 144:1, "Blessed be the Lord , my rock, who trains my hand for war, and my fingers for battle..."
