"6 Billion smart cards"

John and Doves,

The inventor of SmartMetric smartcard is Colin Hendrick. He has lived most of his life in Australia ( where a form of "Veripay" payment system already exists) and also in the UK where he was the originator of the first database in English...as well as the e-mail system in computers.
So he is quite an inventor.

"An inventor and true technological innovator Hendrick was responsible going back to the mid 80's of creating the worlds first database of the English language, creating an online database service in 1984 for elementary schools and introducing global e-mail technology to educational institutions long before the popularization of the internet.

In this position, Hendrick is charged with positioning SmartMicrochip as a strategic source for cryptographic solutions in the digital funds transfer and identity verification industry"

He patented his self-contained  ID card --- which has a  microcomputer and sensor both on the same card --- for offline verification. Yet he did not want to be bogged down with the nuts and bolts of manufacturing the card for 6 billion people ( yes, this is a global thing). So he outsourced his idea to other manufacturers who pay him royalties.

Now everytime we hear of a manufacturer of "Match-on-cards", we know who started the whole concept.

One such company already making these self-contained "match-on-cards" is
Precise Biometrics of Sweden.

They have distributorships in many parts  of the world.

What amazes me is the fact that Precise Match-on-card of Sweden is following all the directives of the American administration.

Sweden complies with US directive HSPD 12 and ANSI 378
"Match-On-Card" -- June 1, 2006
"The company is launching its smart card solution, Precise Match-On-Card, in a version compliant with the US Federal government standard, American National Standards Institute (ANSI 378). The standard is an important requirement in implementing the US Federal Government Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and the closely aligned Federal Information Processing Standards 201 (FIPS 201). By fall this year all US Government agencies must initiate the deployment of smart card based ID cards, the so called PIV (Personal Identity Verification) Cards.

"The Precise Match-on-CardT technology adjusted for the standard ANSI 378 takes biometric security and convenience one step further by performing the actual fingerprint match within the tamper-proof environment of a smart card. This reduces the vulnerability of matching on a network-connected device, an external server, or a database - normally considered weak links in the security chain." [ Ed: offline authentication]

While many of biometric devices used today still operate in a database environment making the solutions vulnerable to attacks and hacks, the Precise Match-on-CardT technology eliminates the need for the database by both storing and processing biometric data directly on a smart card, providing a secure, privacy-enhancing biometric program with dynamic flexibility and scalability

There  are a couple of concepts that need clarification:
1. These smartcards boast of OFFline protection. That is only true for verification. It is not true for TRANSACTIONS, which obviously are ONline.

2. These smart cards boast of not connecting with databases for authorization. True. But since they are updated at terminals, they are obviously connected to mega databases.

The follow-through information is quite the opposite of the first-glance information.

Our Lord tells us that a "snare" is coming upon the WHOLE world.... a Global snare.
Luke 21:35

To me, these smart cards are a global snare. They will be required sooner than a due date, in my opinion. That way, people will be caught off guard from having informed themselves.
That, to me, is a real snare.

And finally, Mr. Hendrick is CEO and founder of  "Applied Cryptology, Inc." ( ACI ) headquarted in Nevada ( where Jimmy Carter's son Jack is running for Senator. )

ACI  is the parent-company of SmartMetric smartcard.
Mr. Hendrick also maintains offices in New York and in Florida.

One wonders why the word "metric" is used for the up-coming smart card. Is it because it starts in Europe and then comes to America ? Or is it because the dollar will prevail on the world market as the standard of currency, and the dollar is metric ( 100 units).

"because the U.S. currency system operates by this principle (there are 100 cents in a dollar)."

Lots of things to chew and digest.

Luke 21 is the passage of the hour. It tells of signs in the sun and moon and stars.

On May 2, a meteor hit the moon. ( also one landed in Norway that month)

Luke 21 tells of "distress of nations with perplexity" ( no way out )
With North Korea threatening the U.S. with ICBMs, and with America threatening with ABMs, we have exponentially increased the possibility of a limited nuclear war.

Luke 21 tells of "the sea and the waves roaring" and there are huge waves and surges framing around 3/4 of the world's coast lines ...from New Zealand all the way up the American Pacific coast.

Yes, Luke 21 tells us of all these things, including a  global snare ...yet, Our Lord also says:
'When you see these things begin to happen, then look up and lift up your heads, for your Redemption draweth nigh." Luke 21:28

Even so, come Lord Jesus,
