Before our eyes—in one generation—unbridled human rights have carried western morality back to the spirit and times of Sodom and Gomorrah.
It is long past the time that Christians realize the true nature of this secular doctrine. It overthrows holiness. It turns moral truth upon its head. It twists the reprobation of homosexuality into a high moral cause. It is anti-Christian. Only a satanic doctrine could do and be all this.
The senate vote against the marriage amendment is nothing less than a vote against holiness and a vote for pure human rights. In truth, it is a vote against the living God and all those that trust in Him.
The vote today should show all God fearing people that our congress is deeply infested with men bound to a satanic principle—godless demons, deceiving and being deceived—bound by the doctrine of human rights.
The vote means that the rights doctrine has brought the moral destruction of the western world. It will also bring our physical destruction—just as we are warned in the example of Sodom and Gomorrah (II Peter 2:6, Jude 1:7).
But America’s greatest sin against God is not to be found in our congress or our courts, or even our constitution. It is to be found in the church. Of all the institutions on earth, the church should understand and stand up for holiness in all its purity—but it does not. A holy church would stand up.
The church should understand that there is no other moral principle besides holiness by which we can judge between right and wrong. This is basic biblical doctrine. Instead we continue to proclaim the nobility and Christian glory of a barbarian ethic. Look! See! Human rights is at war with holiness.
Tragically, the church continues to retain its faith in this satanic doctrine and the secular constitution that institutionalized it—while holiness is crushed all around us. This is the great sin of America. It is the sin of a morally blind church. It is the sin of misplaced faith, which is idolatry. It is our death.
