"Religious Implications of the Supreme Court Property Seizure"

All,
I think we have missed the most ominious implications of the Supreme
Court Decision allowing private property to be seized by the
authorities, and turned over to other private entities who will develop
it for the community.

Churches do not pay taxes.  This makes Church land very vulnerable to
forced seizure by the local government.  There are many places on the
East and West Coast that are very hostile to Churches, in fact, the City
Council tries to manipulate the zoning laws to prevent Churches from
being constructed.  Here in one fell blow, The Supreme Court has made a
very slick way to eliminate Churches from the landscape.

We are living in perilious times.
