Shabbat Shalom all,
     Doug, I want to point out just ONE BIG THING that sets July 16-17 as a signifigant day THIS YEAR....simply this....God has ordained that it is the 9th of AV on the Avivv Calendar...and the 2nd. Penticost/Shavuot of the Hillel Calendar.
    That is something that only God could program in His Rubik's Cube of Time in His dimentions.  No one else could have brought this about...we would be at least 2 to 3 days off by any other calendar method.  Of course....there is the understanding of mankind that can't quite figure out just when Shavuot/Penticost falls on any calendar.  Because of the confusion of what sabbath of FirstfruitS to count from.
    I have at least 7 or 8 different calendars....and none of them has Shavuot/Penticost on this Sunday.  In fact very few of them have Shavuot/Penticost marked at all..the Hillel is the only one that I have that has Shavuot/Penticost on it for last mon./tues.
    And absolutly NO ONE figures a Shavuot/Penticost happening on any 2nd. Passover....but I bet Hezakiah did!!!
    No wonder that Ya'Shua said "no one but the Father knows the day or the hour".  By the way...tomorrow is FATHER'S day...I bet God knew when that was going to be, even before there was such a day!!!!  So perhaps He picked that day to be THE VERY DAY that we all look for.  HAPPY FATHER"S DAY to you all.

    Have any of you  thought of this:
    Shavuot/Penticost never falls on a FULL MOON as do all other major festivals of the Lord......except this year it DOES!!!!   ALMOST!!!!
    I tell you, this is an UNUSUAL YEAR....and I know of an UNUSUAL THING that could happen ANY DAY...and be a FESTIVAL TIME!!
