Steve, I was hoping all this time Natalee and her family are Christians. That
never really came out in all the media reports (at least the national ones,
which is all we've gotten here in Wisconsin). If the worst should turn out to
be true, I'm so thankful that she is with our heavenly Father. I would never,
never wish this on ANY family, but it would be so much worse if she was an
unbeliever.

Please know that hundreds of thousands of us have been praying and will keep
on. I hope some of those national media reports will allow your family to
speak of her faith. I think it would give comfort to those of us who have wondered.
