The Bible says that man shall not live by bread alone, but it does not say that bread is unimportant.

It was recently brought to my attention that one of the subscribers to this newsletter is Karl Widder, who is the production manager for Berlin Natural Bakery in Berlin, Ohio, which has stores in different parts of the country.

Karl sent me some samples and -- WOW! -- I can attest that his bread is absolutely delicious.  They use spelt instead of wheat.  Spelt is a grain similar to wheat, but is more nutritious, and without the allergy problem some have.  The Berlin Natural Bakery has all different kinds of spelt bakery products: bread, dinner rolls, chips, cookies, etc.
