A couple was arranging for their wedding, and asked the bakery to inscribe the wedding cake with "1 John 4:18" which reads "There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear."The bakery evidently lost, smudged or otherwise misread the noted reference, and beautifully inscribed on the cake "John 4:18" ...
"for you have had five husbands, and the man you have now is not your husband."

Ha ha.... thanks, Jim.
1 John 4 is my favourite chapter. No other chapter records the word LOVE (or related words) more than 1 John 4. It is a very unique chapter. It is the 234th chapter of the New Testament.I am sure Eric would love this. It is the 17th chapter (reduced gematria of YHVH=17) of the 8 Elders' Epistles (the last eight books of the Bible from James to Revelation). As the 234th chapter of the NT, it is also related to the standard gematria of YHVH, 26 since 234 is nine times 26!
Isn't it surprising there are 43(17+26) chapters in the 8 Elders' Epistles with 1 John 4 as the separator chapter being the 17th!?
Hmmm......
John
P.S.
There are 260 chapters in the New Testament.
