Re. the current posts about "seizing homes:"How do these judges / courts get away with such stuff?
(This state [Washington] bans the practice, thank Goodness, but "give them an inch and they take a foot.")It is, clearly, against the Constitution of the United States. Consider the Fourth Amendment, which states:
"Search and Arrest Warrants.
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, HOUSES, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and SEIZURES, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person or THINGS (such as a home) to be SEIZED."
