Before Bush's first term I was an avid supporter of his. I believed and was glad that he claimed to be a Christian. Since then I have prayed daily for discernment and my eyes have been opened. I continue to pray for discernment not only for me but for ALL Christians.
    Why is that they have such a hard time seeing the truth, and continue to make excuses for his behaviour, suggesting that we don't have the inside scoop as to what he is REALLY planning, that perhaps he is really lying to the enemy so he can prodeed with the real plans undetected. Well then, does God approve of lying in this situation, or is God a liar? Why can Christians not simply admit they were deceived, as I had been, and recognize that God is Sovereign and is using Bush, just as He used Pharoah, so that He will ultimately be glorified in fulfilling His plan? Remember, not all that name the name of Jesus belong to the Lord. The Lord told us that by their fruits we shall know them.
