Do a google search on phytoestrogens. The
natural progesterone cream has
worked wonders for me. I try to find one that does
not have a soy base but
uses wild yam. Also if you can get to the library
or pick up a copy of the
book, "What Your Medical Doctor May Not Tell You About
Menopause" by Dr.
John Lee. You will have to ignore the new age philosophies
and just use the
good parts for information. I have found that following
a low carb, high
protein diet has also been beneficial. I use Stevia
for a sweetener, and
try to eat whole foods. No foods that are processed
or come out of a box or
can. I am amazed at all the corn syrup, high fructose
syrup, soybean oil,
MSG, etc., etc. that they are trying to put in to foods
that did not use to
have them like plain old spaghetti sauce. Hope
