Good article Jim.  I think you forgot just one more important point:
 
How many have "made themselves ready"?
 
You know the 5 "ready" virgins vs. the 5 virgins "not ready".
 
For those of us, who are "watching", there is also a sense of "Am I ready?"  Do we have any unconfessed sin in our lives......similar to lying on your death bed, getting ready to meet your maker.  I had a dream recently about the rapture, but I didn't go right away, because the Lord convicted me of someone that I hadn't adequately forgiven.
 
So, this stuff is definitely on "the bride's mind" these days.
 
"If He came tonight, would I be ready?  Have I done everything I should?  Everything He has asked of me?"
