Your prayer request is not at all trivial.  We are going through something so similar and we know it is spiritual warfare.  We moved into a townhouse two years ago and our present neighbor moved next to us a few months ago.  He does not work (we don't know how he lives) and he has very loud rock music playing all the time.  He has trouble sleeping so at times, we can hear it in the middle of the night.  My son told us last night he is ready to move in with his best friend.
 
We have shared the Word with this guy for about six weeks now.  He says he once walked with Christ but turned his back on him when he was young.  He's probably around forty now. He has a sister who is a gospel singer, he tells us she has been praying for him.  I believe God led him to live near us.  So...we don't want to call the police on him since we want to keep that open door.
 
This is just as much warfare as being in the trenches in a physical place.  It is SO stressful, especially when you want to have peace in your home.
 
I pray for you to have wisdom and to have peace.  It is a very real battle that surrounds you!  You definitely need to be held up in prayer.
