For Robin,,,,re: your e-mail question....forwarded

Hello Robin,,,,several years ago, my son was into sport drinks etc., as
many young men get into. He was getting very tired and out of sorts....we
looked into what he was eating and found that the sport-drink powder he
used was made of soy....he quit using it and returned to normal very quickly.
Sleep problems often have
to do with lack of calcium / magnesium, which are responsible for muscle
relaxation,,,,,for this reason people may suffer muscle cramps, twitches,
etc., and lack of good sleep.
At health food store
get some LIQUID calcium-magnesium citrate (sold in 16-ounce bottles), or
get on-line from www.puritan.com (they have a buy 1 get two
free right now), Tablespoon in morning and tablespoon
in evening may help sleep (babies sleep so much because of the calcium/magnesium
in their milk, and this is why grandma would give warm milk before bed
to anyone who was sleepless - hence the term milque-toast ! ) After
a couple months 1 tablespoon per day is enough.
Try this, but also a good fresh non-processed diet with
good 100% whole wheat bread, and a good multi vitamin/mineral tablet
(Formula 100 with beta catotene from puritan.com is very good - again buy
1 get two free right now....)
A very good fat
is coconut oil - you can get from tropical traditions.com
Can mix in smoothies made of natural yogurt.......very good health practice........
And pray to our Lord for
strength to withstand all that is against us at the present time !
Your
sister in Christ........
