"To Your Health"
For 24 years, I had been on tranquillizers and
psychotic drugs.
They were suppose to be helping me, but instead, I was
in constant poor health.
I was put on a diet by a friend, to help me to get off
the the pills.
When I told another of my friends about it, she
suggested that I post my diet on the Five Doves web site.
Here are the basics of the diet:
Eliminate all sugar. That means no candy, pie, cake,
etc.
Do not eat foods cooked in vegetable oils.
No deep fried foods. French fries, Chicken, etc.
Olive Oil is the only oil I do use.
No processed foods, such as Hot Dogs, cheeses, etc.
I use sea salt because it is natural.
No boxed foods, because they have preservatives. I say,
" if I can't pronounce it, I don't stick it in my mouth."
I do not eat pork, because pigs are scavengers.
I do not eat margarine because it is man made, and will
became wax in your body. I use real butter.
I eat lots of eggs. I discovered that eggs will not hurt
you,
and are actually good for you.
I have some kind of protein, vegetable and a starch at
every meal.
Example, Beef, Broccoli, Rice.
I use Ezekiel Bread, Brown Rice, etc.
Nothing instant. Nothing White.
I cook all of my meat in their own juice.
I try to slow cook everything. I steam my vegetables.
I make my own pancake batter. I try not get anything
that is ready made at a store. I eat a limited
amount of fruit.
Basically the diet is this. Try to think naturally.
How did God intend for us to eat?
Try to avoid anything that man has tampered with, or
changed.
It takes time to learn how to re-eat.
But you will find that your health will improve because
of it.
I still am not an expert in nutrition, but I continue
reading and learning more and more about health.
