Does plucked mean destroyed or disabled?? i.e. no longer a factor in international events. If the 10 horns are 10 European nations then the 3 that are plucked up must be part of Europe so is there any way of knowing there ID's before they are plucked?? If nothing else christians from these horns/nations could flee to safety(what little could be offered) in other nations. If the 10 horns are NOT European nations but are worldwide regions(as has been suggested by a source, can't remember name but they are respected, then again is there any way of knowing there ID's so christians may leave them.
