Dear friends:

This message is not about the Bible or prophecy, but contains an important health tip which could benefit probably most of you, and God is interested in your body, which is His temple.

The June 13, 2004 issue of Parade magazine had an article by TV's Dr. Isadore Rosenfeld, M.D.  He said only 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon a day can reduce glucose, fat, and cholesterol by as much as 30%!

This dramatic reduction is without harmful drugs and all their potential side effects!  He says you can add it to your coffee, fruit juice or cereal.  A friend tells me it does not dissolve, so he is sprinkling it on his toast.  Add a little honey or the great natural sweetener, Stevia, and you have delicious cinnamon toast!
