Dear friends:

A while back, a member of this email group asked if she could contribute to this ministry.  I replied that her thought was appreciated, but I really did not seek direct donations, nor did I have the mechanism to accept them.  That is still true today.

However, if anyone feels strongly about wanting to help, there is now a way, in a manner that totally bypasses me, and that keeps me out of the loop.

InJesus.com used to be a free email service for Christian ministries, a great blessing.  But their attempts to produce income another way did not work, so to cover their costs, sometime last year they had to start charging a fee for the service, based on the number of emails sent and the size of the mailing list.  This is called their "postage."  I have been paying it myself, which I have considered a privilege to do.

But more recently, they have established a way for anyone to purchase "postage" for the list to continue to be sent.  I am not asking -- really -- but if anyone does want to help and feels strongly led to contribute postage for this mailing list, you can do so at http://www.InJesus.com/Groups/BuyPostage.cfm?GroupID=2A004N9G

You will see that $20 pays for 20,000 emails to be sent (about 1/10 of a penny per addressee).  My list has just over 1,600 members, so $20 will pay for about a dozen mailings.

If you feel led, praise the Lord!  It is much appreciated.  But if you do not, praise the Lord also!  I thank God for you whatever you do.

God bless you,

Jim
