Hi Matt,
You mentioned in your post that many have been seeing certain numbers
frequently. As I have posted here in the past, the Lord has been showing
me the number 711 very often (almost daily) for many years now. At first
I didn't know why, but He later showed me that it pertained to Genesis
7:11. Read it and you will understand.
