Shalom All:I read a review by John Broder of The New York Times of former President Bill
Clinton's book.Some observations.
The childhood/family life of a person IS, IS, IS important. Old "habits" of
family living are hard to break and can haunt one's entire life. Something
we in the USA should think about as this government's leaders are choosen. And this TRUTH of life apples to ALL mankind. The background/history/family
of a person are important to know. And IF you are not changed by YESHUA, you
will not be changed into the "NEW" creation that will live in His presence!
Your fruit will show your old nature because you have not been changed.I was intrigues by the ending of the book where ...
"Mr. Clinton closes the book with a short meditation on the lessons he has
learned about accepting personal responsibility, letting go of anger and
granting forgiveness. He said that in the many black churches he had visited
he had heard funerals referred to as 'homegoings.'"'We're all going home,' he wrote, 'and I want to be ready.'"
I guess this statement is what makes me post to the Doves.
Accepting personal responsibilty, letting go of anger and granting forgiveness
... praying to GOD, acknowledging GOD, even teaching/preaching about GOD
doesn't give salvation knowledge! In all of time there is only one Jewish
man through whom salvation comes! If you don't know Him, trust in Him, live
to please Him, use HIs Name in your communication with GOD ... you are not
ready to "go home"! That Jewish man is YESHUA, YESHUA, YESHUA.You stand uncovered and exposed, unprotected, and in your own merit before GOD
if you are without Yeshua in your life. If Yeshua is not literally inside
you when you stand before GOD you will be cast away! And while you can fool
the world and those around you, you and GOD really know if Yeshua is inside.Dianne
