I find it MORE than interesting that the imagery used in the article you posted was straight out of the Book of Daniel.

The article shed much light on the opinions of the United States held by other countries (particularly non-Western, non-Christian, anti-Semitic nations) and after reading the author's entire commentary, I noticed some things I find highly interesting ... if not prophetically significant:

The leaders of America, in fact, America herself, being described as a "BEAST".

That America, "the Beast", is boastful and exceedingly proud.

That the prideful American Beast has the reputation of haughty words.

That the Beast that is America is expected to receive a series of death blows, growing weaker with each one, and finally fall.

That America along with her cohorts in Great Britain - collectively called "The West" (are these the portraits from the Word -- one of the whelps and its mother: the Lion that will one day grieve for her?  ~ or ~  perhaps, the Daughter who will not be a widow?) - are considered to be:

                                =>      Liars & Deceivers
                                =>      Crazed (also see: 'born again' - sigh!)
                                 =>      Thieves  - of land & resources
                                 =>      Murderers
                                 =>      Encroachers
                                 =>      Responsible for the New World Order
                                 =>      Taking over the globe
                                 =>      The "real" terrorists
                                 =>      Torturers
                                 =>      Extreme
                                 =>      In league with the enemy
                                 =>      Deluded about being on a 'mission from God'
                                 =>      On a 'Zionist' mission, in league w/the Jews for selfish gain only
                                 =>      "Born Again" -- but, in their eyes, meaning "double-minded", "Pharisee", "backstabber", "wolf-in-sheep's-clothing"
                                 =>      The Beast.  The Haughty and Boastful Beast, whose arrogant pride will be its undoing.

Now, I am 100% American and I have always loved my country ... and I've been raised to have national pride (never forgetting the Source of our country's great blessings:  our Father - the G-d of All Creation) .... but I cannot escape the debauchery and sin that has been allowed to run rampant in our nation; the immorality & idolatry that we INSIST on inflicting upon every nation, every tongue, and every people that we possibly can; and our obvious new national agenda of purposely infuriating and despising our Father G-d by taking Him out of our schools, our buildings, our land, our laws, our history and our government; by not only legally sanctioning, but encouraging the murder of the most innocent human beings - our unborn children - through abortion (nauseatingly referred to as "choice"); and by destroying the holy union of G-d-ordained marriage between men and women, the priestly role of men established by the Father through families - as well the safety and sanctity of the family in which we receive nourishment and ministering, and not only legalizing sodomy/homosexuality - a great and severe abomination in the sight of G-d and one worthy of swift and woeful destruction (purging of sin) by fire -, but actually causing those who dare speak the Truth (the Word of the Lord) against this sin, to be guilty of a (hate) crime against the government, and the nation of America who endorses and protects it...... much to my shame and sadness and - yes - fear.

(Now THAT was the 'king' of all run-on sentences ... don't you think?   Thank you, thank you.  That takes real talent, you know.  Please send my prize in the mail. ....Ha, ha, ha.)

Ok -- seriously now.....

I have moved from praying for "America", my country, my nation ... to praying for the individual, precious souls who reside within her.  We all need prayer ... for I fear we are in the 'Belly of the Beast' -- quite literally.

Praying Always to be Counted Worthy to ESCAPE the things that are coming to try the men and women of the earth .....
