You said it could be in Jerusalem, New York or else where. I think I may remember it said where it was taken place. I forget where though.
 
Do you know if in Jerusalem or New York, if they have a white "thing" in the streets? Something that may resemble a fountain or something tall? I think one of the people were in front of it.
 
Actually, hasidic is possible. I listened on youtube for the word. Hasidic sounds close to hollic.
