According to this website, Tisha B'Av is the culmination of a three week period of increased mourning.  I also saw a website stating that the three weeks starts on  July 6 at sundown.  Although my calculations would be July 7 at sundown.  Anyway, if this is true and the rapture is on Tisha B'Av July 28-29, then the mourning is about to begin and with increasing intensity.  So the next three weeks we'll see, starting Friday night or Saturday night.
