I just read most of the article posted by Mercer concerning Gov. Perry's  "The Response.   The author of this article is grouping a whole lot of different well respected ministers into one big snow ball effect.  As I was reading it I felt like this is garbage.  This guy is criticizing all these world wide known and respected ministers for standing up for what is right in this country..  And what is wrong in this country lately is plenty.  Christians have been silent for too long.  It's time to TAKE A STAND FOR WHAT IS RIGHT, take back this country if we can.  It's better than sitting in the corner like a coward and doing nothing but praying.....In times like this we all need to speak up and yes,  SOUND THE ALARM LOUD AND CLEAR.  How much more can God take.

ps,   I'm not saying not to sit in the corner and pray, I'm just saying, let's take it up a notch.  What would Jesus do.  Speak up and tell that devil to get behind me/us in the name of Jesus.  What's so wrong with calling for a day of fasting and prayer, amen?
