I appreciate how so many of you share the fruit of your studies regarding the Rapture, as well as dreams and visions about end times. I don't have anything to contribute along those lines, and I'm blessed by your hard work and by how God speaks to you. A few times I've posted here about things not relating to the Rapture and felt like maybe it might be a little out of place, since this is, after all, a Rapture site, as Bruce Wigton stated in his post.
As I was thinking about that while reading today, though, this Scripture came to mind: "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching." Hebrews 10:23-25
Since I love to offer encouragement to others, and because my faith is strengthened by hearing other people's stories about how God is working in their lives, I don't think it's out of place at all for us to build each other up in our faith while we await His glorious return. I know - no one ever said that it is! so maybe it's silly that I even bring this up. Probably the enemy whispering in my ear...so anyway, as the world gets darker and darker, and hope is harder to find for many people, let's keep encouraging one another in every way we can, "for he who promised is faithful."
May we all seek to "become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which (we) shine like stars in the universe as (we) hold out the word of life." Philippians 2:15-16a. Jesus said that He were lifted up, He would draw all men unto him. Let's lift Him up!!
