Will 1 Thess 5:3 (ESV) be fulfilled doing our time?

 

³While people are saying, "There is peace (end of hostilities or negotiations/agreement) and security (protection from danger or harm/crisis averted)," then sudden destruction (catastrophe/Fed Emergency) will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
