"THE MONTH OF 'NISAN'
IS CHOSEN BY GOD......"
Dear Doves,
The month of 'Nisan' is chosen by God for many important events
to occur:
It is the first-month of the Hebrew Spiritual Year.
Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a colt on the 10th of Nisan four
days before His crucifixion on Passover.
Passover is on the 14th of Nisan and the day of Christ's
crucifixion.
The Feast of Unleavened Bread begins on the day after Passover
which is Nisan 15.
The Feast of Firstfruits is on the Sunday following Passover
which is the day Jesus resurrected and ascended to the Father,
and the day the Omer Count to Pentecost begins.
It was on the 24th of Nisan that the 'man dressed in linen'
appeared to Daniel above the water of the Tigris River to gave
Daniel the length of time that it will take to complete all
these things as "a time, times and half a time". He also told
Daniel that it would be exactly 1,290 days from beginning to
end.
There will be a 'sackcloth' solar eclipse on Nisan 1, 2015 and a
'blood moon' lunar eclipse fourteen days later on Passover Nisan
14, 2015.
I believe that God has chosen the month of Nisan to begin the
Day of the Lord and to rapture His Church.
What else has happened in the month of Nisan that I have missed?
Come Lord Jesus!
