Barry,
I agree, the movie "Fantasia" is evil. I saw "Fantasia" near Halloween
in 1970, on the big screen. At the time I was fighting off the Mono
virus but didn't know it. The segment called "Night on Bald Mountain"
was especially demonic, horrible and evil to watch. I remember the
extreme relief I felt when morning came in the movie and all the
hideous demons, etc. went back into their dens. "The Sorcerer's
Apprentice" segment was also nightmarish. After the movie, I went home
and that evening fell terribly ill with severe Mono that turned into
hepatitis. I lost a lot of my strength that never came back. Thanks
be to God for His mercies and His faithful people who prayed for me
when I was ill. I recommitted my life and turned fully to Jesus after hearing Arthur Blessitt preach in my
city in 1971. http://www.blessitt.com/
Every
time I think about the movie "Fantasia", I remember how I was saved
from walking on the road to perdition to a new life in Jesus Christ. I
hate Halloween because it celebrates the devil and our fallen natures,
so perfectly illustrated by the animation, "Night on Bald Mountain" in
"Fantasia".
I have been looking for Jesus' return since 1971,
and now so much Bible prophecy is unfolding rapidly and the pieces are
quickly falling into place. The jigsaw puzzle is almost finished! It
can't be much longer until Jesus returns!
