I think your calculation is slightly off when you say the nine prophetic year warning has another day tacked onto it.

Using U.S. Eastern Time, the time of warning began at 8:46 AM, September 11, 2001, when the first plane struck the towers. The warning did not begin at midnight. Adding 3239 days brings us to Sunday, July 25, 2010.  Three hours and 55 minutes into day 3240 (Nine Prophetic Years) is the beginning of Tu B’Av at 12:41 (U.S. Eastern Time which equates to 7:41 Sunset time in Jerusalem).

In terms of hours it is 77,739 and 55 minutes from the beginning of the warning to the beginning of Tu B’Av 2010.

To the time of 100% illumination of the full moon at 9:37 would be 77,748 hours and 51 minutes.

In order to reach 77,777 hours we have to go an additional 41 hours from 8:46 AM Sunday July 25, 2010. Adding 24 hours is July 26 at 8:46. Seventeen hours added to 8:46 AM, July 26 brings us to 1:46 AM, July, 27, 2010 (Eastern Time).

In Jerusalem the time would be 8:46 AM, Av 16.
