Hi Kamie, welcome to five doves.  Your dreams contained some pretty basic symbolism so I will give my first impressions when I first read them.
 
Dream #1  I really felt that the father in your dream was your Heavenly Father, but it could also mean your earthly father.  Seeing either of them would point to the same event; the End of the Church Age and the return of Jesus.  The grass cutting refers to the work that each Christian (and the church as a whole) should be doing on earth.  I think that it is a common misconception to believe that our work on earth is done or almost done.  Your dream is a reminder that there is much more to do and more people to reach.
 
Dream #2   All of us are concerned with reaching our family and loved ones before the calamities of the end time happen.  This dream seems to show your concern for reaching those in your family/tent to be saved before it is too late.  Your special concern for your son, was typical of a mother's heart, wanting physical/spiritual safety for your child.  I loved the part about your mother.  Her alzheimer's or dementia keeps her mind off the worries of the world, but her spirit is safe with the Lord.

Dream #3  reminds me so much of my daughter who was a Christian as a child/teen but now has discarded her former beliefs and feels animosity towards those who raised her in the faith.  I think you saw your niece as both a child and an adult because Christ remembers her childhood faith, prayers and promises despite her current lifestyle.  He longs for her to return, like a lost lamb to the fold, before it is too late.
