I don't think this bible code is NOT for THIS 9th of AV.  From the sounds of it, it is referring to a 9th of Av in the tribulation period,......probably at the very end of the tribulation period, when Jerusalem is ravished and 2/3 of the Jews die.  The 9th of Av is a date when terrible things have happened to the Jews all down through history.
