Something to Think About

6th Seal: Revelation 6:12  I watched as he opened the sixth seal.  
There was a great earthquake.  The sun turned black like sackcloth
made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars
in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when
shaken by a strong wind.  The sky receded like a scroll, rolling
up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.

Found the following discussion on a web site talking about the
approaching Crab Nebula. Appears this space phenomenon was slated
to hit us in 2004.  However, could this be the Sixth Seal?  This
certainly would make our leaders run for caves.  Could it be that
what they expected in 2004 was "held up" by God until now?

This web site appears to indicate that this was written by an
Australian Astronomer.

AS to the sun getting dark...THIS will be due to the thick
dust cloud approaching. You won’t see it yet, because most
[tele]scopes WON’T see BLACK. It will NOT occult the stars
until it is at our doorstep. It approaches south of the
ecliptic...BIG surprise for everybody. The approaching
comet...well...THAT will either HIT or MISS...as I said...
it is variable so don't expect a date because even WE couldn't
figure it out.

All we know is this...SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS. The METEOR SHOWERS
we can expect DEFINITELY...and as for November and the rest
of 2005....well...it just gets worse. BUT...we will have no
internet so I will tell ALL....VERY SOON.

It IS a comet...of sorts...surrounded by a hell of a lot of
debris. There will be several impacts of differing sizes
spread over the globe. The bombardment will last a week or
so at most. The largest fragment will rock the planet and the
smaller ones will wipe out a city here or there depending
on where they come down. There WILL be quakes and firestorms
and major flooding of coastlines due to ocean impacts. Yes...
it will be much like the movie "deep impact" only worse.
[Deep Impact and the move Meteorite was just on TV a few
weeks ago!] The good news is....we will NOT be destroyed by a
"Big One" as such. There will be no "America saves the day"

scenario here either. This is reality...not a movie.  Mankind
will survive...but at great cost. On the other hand...it MAY...
and I mean MAY miss us...but it won’t be by much. But so far, it
does not look too good...and time is fast running out for a
last minute miracle...but one can only hope. The timeframe...
yes...I know you were saying "well...what about the TIME?"...
so here it is WITHIN SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS [remember – this was
written in 2004] we will either all be dead or wish we
were...OR....hopefully...we will be saying "THANK GOD IT JUST
MISSED US." But personally, from my observations and what I
know from days past...it WON’T MISS...that is....the fragments
won’t miss. The comet may miss...the fragments WON’T...PERIOD.  
Prepare yourself for the biggest light show you have ever seen.
I am not into religion as such, but I have been around long
enough to at least give SOME credence to the ancient writings.
I too have read Revelation and other prophecies...and this
coming event fits in rather well with the bit in Revelation
about the stars falling from heaven and the sky rolling up like
a scroll and the moon turning to blood. (By the way, this is
EXACTLY what will happen while passing through the debris cloud.)

Observations of Pulsars
Neutron stars have very intense magnetic fields, about
1,000,000,000,000 times stronger than Earth's own field. However,
the axis of the magnetic field is not aligned with the neutron
star's rotation axis. The combination of this strong magnetic
field and the rapid rotation of the neutron star produce extremely
powerful electric fields, with electric potential in excess of 1,000,000,000,000
volts. Electrons are accelerated to high
velocities by these strong electric fields. These high-energy
electrons produce radiation (light) in two general ways: (1) Acting
as a coherent plasma, the electrons work together to produce
radio emission by a process whose details remain poorly understood;
and (2) Acting individually, the electrons interact with photons
or the magnetic field to produce high-energy emission such as
optical, X-ray and gamma-ray. The exact locations where the
radiation is produced are uncertain and may be different for
different types of radiation, but they must occur somewhere
above the magnetic poles. External viewers see pulses of radiation
whenever this region above the magnetic pole is visible. Because
of the rotation of the pulsar, the pulses thus appear much as a
distant observer sees a lighthouse appear to blink as its beam
rotates. The pulses come at the same rate as the rotation of
the neutron star, and, thus, appear periodic.

Let me exhaust you with a question after reading all of this.  
Could the above (6th Seal) also contain Revelation 8:6 through
Revelation 9:2, the first 5 trumpets?
