"Good logic for a pre trib/wrath rapture"
John and Doves-
Something came to me when
reading - 2 Thes 2:3 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day
shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of
sin be revealed, the son of perdition". Some believe this is
Christians departing their faith. While some(many) of us believe
this is the Rapture. Now, if in Romans 11:25 it says Israel is
hardened until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, then how
could the "falling away" mean turning on our faith. For, if that
were to occur, then the number of the saved gentiles would have
dramatically decreased and Israel would stay hardened for an
unforeseeable future(because the fullness of the gentiles had not yet
come in). If the antichrist is only on the world scene for at
most 7 years, then fullness of the gentiles would have to not only gain
back what it had lost-but also gain even more in just a very short
time! Furthermore, from what Revelations describes, it doesn't
sound like
there is very much faith on the earth during those
years of the antichrist. I hope I explained that well. Does
that make sense to anyone else?
