"A WORD TO ALL VOTING CHRISTIANS!"

I LOVE YOU ALL!

To all our Christian Brothers and Sisters preparing to go to the polls. I have some ideas for you. Always remember you are a Christian. Elections will come and go, therefore you should guard your salvation. You should guard your heart for that is where the rivers of life come from. You should guard on what you speak concerning those running for different postions. We learned a lesson here in Kenya. In our last election both the true Christians and those in the world blended together. We all had the same thoughts. We talked and hated like the people of the world deed. We were partial like them and we voted like them and at the end you all know what happened. Christians uttured nasty words, spoke hatred words in the same way as people of the world and God did not like this. As long as we have a right to vote we should desist from behaving like people who have no Holy Spirit in them.

I remember before the elections our Pastor had cautioned everyone in Church to desist from uttering useless words, and the calling of names of those who were contesting for the posts. As Christians we should never be carried away by campaigns and it's fever to the point of sinning. Hatred words is not biblical, calling in names is not scriptural. Do not throw in hatred words even to those you do not like them to take power, instead pray for them. By throwing hatred words, you are just hurting yourself and they can still rise to power and what will you do? Instead love them and pray for them. The only way to change your leadership destiny is only through prayer and fasting. Do not think that because they are leaders they are less people of GOD. God loves them no matter how you hate them.

Dear Saints, let us not forget, we were called to be a city on a hill for everyone to see.

God is not asleep and He sees all what we do.

Christians in Kenya made a mistake and when violence broke they could not do anything about it because they were also part of the problem. Until we repented and accepted our mistake that is when God listened and healed our land.

Let us be careful with our words towards others, whether leaders or not. We were called to LOVE and not to HATE.

May God richly bless you and guide you into choosing the right leaders.

GIVING JESUS CHRIST ALL THE GLORY!

Peace!
