Our New Testament text of Matthew 23:39 says; "the Lord", but that's not what Jesus said.
He quoted the words of Psalm 118:26a verbatim.
 
"Blessed be he that cometh in the name of  יהוה
 
"Blessed be he that cometh in the name of Yahweh."
 
The Jewish people are turning to the Messiah, יהוה
 
Are we (the Christian church) doing likewise?
