"Isaac, death is how God takes us home."

It could be argued that even rapture is death. Scripture says that the corruptable [our bodies] can not inherit the incorruptable. Our heavenly bodies will not decay. A transformation has to take place. So when the Lord takes us he is not killing us. He is disposing of an old shell for one that will not wear out.

I understand that you are not able to comprehend why some will be raptured and some will not. Do you know the scripture in Hebrews that says the Lord discplines his children? If we are not disciplined we are not his children. Some children do not learn from discipline, even after many warnings. That is why you will see some Christians have a great fall as in some  popular evangelists. The period after the rapture will be the same. It will be a discipline that is unavoidable. Yet it is because God loves us so much he will do anything to prevent us from slipping away. That is why some Christians become sick. Sometimes it takes a sickness to get over pride and bring family members together. Have you ever seen that? I sure have.
