participate in the 30th International Congress on Law and Medical Health held
in Italy was ill-advised. There is plenty of hypocrisy to go around in this
debate.It was not us that undertook a war against Islam by liberating Iraq. Radical
Islam declared war on us 30 years ago. They took over our Embassy in Tehran
during the Carter Administration in the late '70s. They blew up our marine
barracks in Lebanon during the Reagan Administration of the early '80s. They
then subsequently blew up the Khobar Towers army facility in Saudi Arabia, the
USS Cole in Yemen, the World Trade Center the first time and two of our
