Doves,  Whow, Rene, you' ve studied this subject intensely.  I believe our dissagreement exists mainly on defining " THE CHURCH"  In Revelation seven churches are mentioned and yet only one, the Philadelphia church will escape" the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth" Revelation 3:10. All other :churches" are left to go through the trial. As for separating "The Bride" from works as another Dove meationed, I believe that is impossible. She will be full of good works born out of her love and relationship with her King. Revelation stresses the importance of overcoming. Which can only come out of a daily putting to death of our flesh and walking in obedience to His word. John 14:15 " If you love me you will obey my commandments".  As for the dividing line, that exists ONLY in the secret place, psalm 91, and thankfully only God knows who dwells there and who does not. Matthew 7:21 "Not evryone that sayeth to me Lord,Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father.
