The Daily Telegraph newspaper reported the discovery of an ancient secret. Professor Michael Jursa was doing research in the Arched Room of The British Museum. The museum keeps more than 100,000 Assyrian cuneeiform tablets there.

Cunieform is writing pressed into flat pieces of clay which were then heated to become hard. This is the way records were kept in Syria as long as 5000 years ago. The visiting professor from Vienna was researching financial records of ancient Babylon. He found one writing about the chief eunuch of King Nebuchadnezzar II who gave .75kg of gold to a temple in Babylon.

The name written in cunieform is the man mentioned in The Bible book of Jeremiah Chapter 39 (politely referred to as chief officer, not unuch). Nebo-Sarsekim was with the king at the siege of jerusalem in 587B.C. The cunieform tablet was written in 595B.C.

This is another proof of the accuracy of The Bible. Proof from another non-Biblical source. Proof from the enemy of The Bible. Even details of The Bible are being proved to be correct. The more our many branches of science discover, the more we see The Bible has been correct for thousands of years.
