Here is an article about the link between Aspartame and Cancer.
As many know, Aspartame is in diet drinks, yogurt and many more grocery items, especially sugar-free products.
It is in Nutrasweet and Equal. A person could easily ingest more than they realize, because of the many products consumed in a day which has this ingredient.
