Dear friends:

Many Christians believe Saturday, July 7, 2007 (7-7-7) has special prophetic significance.  One large group is even beginning 40 days of fasting and prayer on that date, crying out to God for revival and souls.

The date is a rare combination.  God is called "the Wonderful Numberer," so it would not be surprising if the date is significant on His calendar.

We do not know what it might mean.  Maybe something will happen, maybe not.  But even if nothing happens, I believe the date is some kind of watershed date for the future.  Many discerning believers sense something big is about to happen, such as: 

1.  A spectacular Al Qaeda attack on the West, maybe the U.S.

2.  Syria is threatening war with Israel.  http://www.jnewswire.com/article/2024 .  The US state department’s Dennis Ross, who played point man in the Middle East for the Clinton administration, believes war could erupt between Israel and Syria this summer (we are already in the summer).

Prophecy:

Remember, I do not claim to be a prophet, but I can predict just like anyone else.  I just don't say, "Thus saith the Lord."  So if it does not come to pass, I can say "I told you so"! 

But here is what I see in the future (not necessarily in order):

1.  Evil is waxing strong.  The left and the media are gaining momentum to force a premature pull-out in Iraq, just as they did in Vietnam.  It will be deja vu.  If that happens, expect a bloodbath there after we leave, as in Vietnam.  Hundreds of thousands will die.  The U.S. will be disgraced.  The culprit will be leftist politicians, their blind ambition, their irrational hatred of President Bush, and the enabling media.

2.  Our radical, bloodthirsty enemies will be encouraged, and will gain great momentum.

3.  Iran will quickly move to establish a hegemony in the whole region.

4.  They will threaten Saudi Arabia and the oil fields, and will try to control all Middle East oil.

5.  Israel be greatly threatened and will have to attack Iran's nuclear capability.

6.  Israel and Syria will be at war, with Damascus totally destroyed, fulfilling Isaiah 17:1.

7.  5 and 6 above will probably ignite World War 3.

8.  A nuclear terrorist attack on U.S. cities, leaving the nation stunned and possibly impotent.  Anarchy will reign.  Martial law will be declared but it will not be adequate to keep order.

Somewhere in the above, or sooner (definitely before # 8) , those saints looking for Jesus will be raptured!  Don't miss it for the world!
