"Response To Shelby Corbitt (2007) From a Geologist"

Dear Shelby,

I just stumbled across your account of 2007. I am a geologist by profession and got here because of my beliefs in the Bible. To prove to man that the earth was younger than what the so called experts say. Well the geology does support a great flood, but what I wanted to talk to you about was yes, i believe this is the year. I'd been a deacon and a elder for my church here in Casper, and in 1988, I came across Edgar Whisenant's work: 88 Reason Why the Rapture Could be in 1988 and On Barrow time. The most significant thing that this book is based on is the nation of Israel. In 1948, Israel became a nation again. In the Bible I remember that Christ said we would not know the time or the hour of the day, but Christ did say we would know the season. Christ then mentioned that time would be when the palm tree is planted along the banks of the river, that this generation would see his return. What Christ was referring to was Thus say when Israel is a nation again then a generation would pass, 40 year to the time of his return.

Now from 1948 to 1988 was 40 years or a generation. It came and went and I felt that all the reasons for it to happen were there. Then I remembered Christ's Parable of the 7 virgins who had oil in there lamps and the 7 who did not have any oil in there lamps to light the way for the bride groom who was late. I got to thinking on this text a lot. Then god nudge me to remember the 6 Day war in 1976, and event we saw growing up. A miraculous war that Israel won in 6 day (time to create the heaven and earth) over 3 other nations. It started on June 6th 1967. Well then i thought that at this time and point Israel had reclaimed all its land that God gave it and all of Jerusalem, since they had lost it all to the Gentiles and Babylon in 606 BC. The works of Daniel start during the captivity and cover the Gentiles age, the return and building of Jerusalem, Christ proclaimed King of the Jews on Palm Sunday and then the Church age.

Before the 7 year peace treaty can happen with Israel the church is gone. So a generation from the 6 day war in 1967 is the year 2007. If you know JR Church's book The hidden prophecies in the Psalms, then you will see that Psalm 114, for the year 2014, Talks about Christ return on earth. So the Rapture has to take place then in the summer of 2007, and going with Edgar's works the only Jewish holiday that there has not been a event on is there holiday Rosh Hashana, which is now a two day even because of the 24 hour time zones to cover the earth. It falls on Thursday September 13 and 14, 2007. I think this may be the date for the rapture based on all the bible reading.

I know now with your vision and all that God has revealed to me that this is the year. Now , the 6 day war started in June, but the reason Whisenat chose the Jewish Celebration Rosh Hashana, is it's the only Jewish High Day that has had no association to something that happened to Christ during his life on earth. With Hunnaka we associate the time of Christ birth now, with the Passover the crucifixion and death of Christ, and with the spring harvest, is the Ascension of Christ Into Heaven. The Jewish Holiday is also associated with the tromp of the horn. In Paul's letter to the Corinthians he talks about at the sound of the trump the glorious day of the Lord's return. The remaining High Sabbath holiday is also in September, and will have to be the day the Lord returns to earth as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

The Lord bless you and we don't have much time to spread the news.
