Russia has a very quiet nuclear sub. This Borei class sub has 12 Bulava missiles that together can shoot 188 warheads 5,000 miles away ( hitting any city in the USA ) . It passed its test with flying colors on June 28 of this year, after which Putin met with Bush Sr. ( 41 ) and Bush 43 in Kennebunkport, Maine for a private talk.

Since then, it is reported that Putin is suspending the arms-control treaty, which will then prohibit any monitoring of Russia's arms.

Russia also has the Topol Mobile Missile  that deploys a bomb that weighs over a ton and is undetectable by our
Defense Missile Shield and is immune to electromagnetic impulse.
What they are actually saying is that the Topol-sent bomb is invincible.

They also have air-to surface missiles deployed from aircraft ( "fire down from heaven" )
