This is a great dream, rich with meaning. I think this is very much from God. The 7 rainbows remind me of the 7's in the book of revelation, the end of all things. The 7 churches, the seven candlesticks, 7 angels, the seven scrolls, 7 thunders, 7 trumpets, 7 bowls of wrath. It all seems to fit. The 7 millenium, each one stored up with its own judgement, its own blood of the martyrs who have waited for this time to be avenged. The 3 different 7's of judgement representing perfection and completion, the circles representing completion. The rainbow representing God's promise for the 7 millenium. The fire starting from the center of those rainbows, within God's promise to man  is also his promise for judgement to finaly come. THe mother sleeping representing many who will being taken by surprise, who will not be prepared. The word says that we who live in the light will not be taken unawares by the theif in the night, those of us who do not live in darkness or who have not become compromised by the things of this world.
 
I like this dream, there is so much to it and it looks like we are on the brink of God bringing the bigginings of judgement.
