Senate Democrats Kill "John Doe Protection" Amendment

Senate democrats essentially killed the "John Doe protection amendment" last night. The amendment, introduced by Rep. Peter King, would have provided protection from frivolous lawsuits for people who report suspicious behavior in matters of national security.
