About a year ago, an Al Quaida operative threatened that those who heal us will kill us.  Looks like they are attempting to do just that.  Scarey.  I work in a hospital and there are lots of Muslim doctors in all of the hospitals here.
 
At one time I worked at a former Baptist hospital and my office was near the chapel where families and patients could come to pray.  The Muslim doctors insisted that it needed to be multi-religious with accomodations for their prayers.  The chapel was remodeled with the cross of Christ, the moon and star of the Muslims, and the Star of David for the Jews.  This seemed to satisfy them.  I did not have a problem with the Star and the Cross but it really bothered me to see the symbol of the Muslim religion displayed so prominently in what had been a Christian chapel of a formerly evangical based hospital.  They complained about the manger scene that was set up in the main hallway in the hospital and had been set up every Christmas for many years.  Last time I was there, the manger scene was still being displayed, but ... that was sometime ago and things change.
