Ah crud ~ I missed the blood red moon you all were talking about from last Sat. night & interesting that you guys from all over the U.S. got to see it!   But I did get to see the MOST GORGEOUS super huge RAINBOW that went from one edge of the earth to the other early Sat. evening!  It was spectacular, absolutely spectacular ~ and meaningful, too, as here in Okla. we've been getting rain, rain, rain, RAIN for well over a month now!!
 
The droughts last year were plenty bad, but this constant rain is something else, too.   And it's been cloudy for at least a month & a half -- cloudy, gray, gloomy  (a person with "SAD" would have a hard time enduring this!)
 
So seeing the super huge colorful rainbow caused me to give thanks to God for His promise to not wipe out the entire earth by a flood ever again.
 
And quite honestly, it also made me want to go & be with Him!  For Revelation says that a rainbow encompasses Him round about His throne & I couldn't help but wonder if I was getting to see a lil' glimpse of it!
 
One thing for sure, seeing something that magnificent & awesome & realizing just how BIG God is helps me to put my puny problems "down here" down to size -- where they ought to be.
 
Every day I am looking up, up, up for our coming King!   He will SOON be here!   Is. 17 & 18 seem to happen in the SUMMER time (see Is. 17:5)   and Scripture also says that the end shall come upon Israel IN THE SUMMER.   So..... so if the end means the time of Jacob's trouble & then the Great Tribulation, then surely we are right on the very threshold of THE RAPTURE!!!!
