"Response to Andy Hunt-Rapture Timing"

First let me say that Matt. 24:36 is the most misquoted scripture today because it is taken out of context.  Look at verse 35 to get the real meaning of verse 36.

Matt. 24:35-36  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. BUT OF THAT DAY AND HOUR knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (Emphasis mine.)

He is talking about when heaven and earth passes away and has nothing to do with the rapture, second coming, or anything in this age. Heaven and earth passes away at the end of the millennium age and there is a new heaven and earth,  Rev. 20:11& 21:1.

CAN WE KNOW THE TIME?

Rev. 3:3  Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. "If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come upon thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

Here we are told we can know even the hour if we watch and repent. This means repentance for present sins,  ever learning  and living Gods Word and prophetically mindful of the times. Repenting once gets you saved, but we still need to repent of ongoing sin for a close relationship with God.

TWO PARALLEL PLANS

1. There is God's overall 7000 year plan for man, from Adam to  the new earth at the end of the millennium. After this we go into eternity and time as we know it has passed away.

2. The plan of redemption for man, as prophesied by the seven feasts of God and laid out within the overall 7000 plan.

The "Times of the Gentiles" began at Pentecost when the Holy Spirit was sent so believers might have the anointing with power to work in the Wheatfield's of the world . The Times of The Gentiles will also end on Pentecost (the wheat harvest feast) when Pentecost takes her harvest from the Wheatfield's of the world. The wise virgins are the wheat.  The unwise are carnal believers who do not have the close relationship with the Lord (he does not know them), and tells them to watch, for they know neither the day or the hour wherein the Son of man cometh, Matt. 25:1-13.

In parallel, The "first trump" was at Pentecost that began this Age of Grace, and the "last trump" will also be on Pentecost when she takes her harvest at the end of this age,  closing out  the Times of the Gentiles.

Jubilee (50) years come into play here.  Jubilees are 50 year cycles of 7 sets of 7 years = 49 years,  then the 50th year is a Jubilee year (a Sabbath year), afterwitch starts a new cycle. Each 7 years is called a set and they are numbered, like 1st set, 2nd set, etc. Every 7th year in each set is a Sabbath year. At the end of the 7 x 7 sets, there is the Jubilee (50th) year, the Sabbath for the whole cycle.  God's plan is laid out in 50 year, not 49 year cycles. That creates confusion.

God has used fifty year (Jubilee) cycles in laying out the 7000 year overall plan,  140 ax 50 = 7000. Deducting 1000 years for the millennium (20 x 50 = 1000) leaves us within the 120th fifty year cycle. I believe we  are in the 6th set of that last fifty year cycle of this age, which must end on a Jubilee year, which will also be earth year 6000, leaving exactly 1000 years for the millennium.  God is exact, and has laid out a simple to understand overall plan.

There are exact and scriptural reasons for the overall plan to end on a Jubilee year.  It is a prophesy and must fall in a year that has 13 months instead of 12 for the cleansing of the land after Armageddon.   This helps to identify a possible future Jubilee year. Then you can start backing up from there to find when Jesus returns to stay on Trumpets (Tishre 1) in the 49th year of this cycle ending the 7 year tribulation with the battle of Armageddon.

Backing up seven more years for the tribulation, we come to the 7th year of the 6th set which is a Sabbath year for that set.

The law didn't allow harvesting on either weekly or annual feast Sabbaths, so they backed up to the springtime feasts of the 6th set and stopped all sowing at Passover. From Passover to Pentecost there could be no sowing. They could only harvest the grain crops.  First the barley harvested on the feast of First Fruits that falls during the 7 days of the feast of Unleavened Bread, which has been fulfilled. Then the WHEAT is harvested on Pentecost,  prophesying the harvesting of the saints (wise virgins).

Only 10% of the grain crops were harvested which had to be the most matured, first ripened grain. No barley or wheat could be gathered until the first of the first fruits were gathered and taken in to the priests as offerings. This is a prophecy and proclaims that only 10% of believers, the wise virgins, will be harvested and caught up to be the bride of Christ,  our High Priest.

The barley harvest was fulfilled when Jesus came forth first, then many saints,  just many saints not all of them, only the 10% from Age One, from Adam to the flood.  Matt. 27:52  And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose .

See also; 1Peter 3:18-20 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: By which  (by that Spirit) also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison (paradise): Which sometimes were disobedient, when once the long-suffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

So only a small potion of the congregations of the first and second age (10%) are going to be the first fruits taken in and offered to our High Priest.  The unwise will go into revival and get their robes washed (get the sin out) afterward and be caught up about mid-trib. Rev. 7:9-14. There has already been two resurrections and we are waiting for the third, and yes, there will be more.

6th year of 6th set of years.
 1. Passover; sowing stops to the unwise virgins keeping them from getting prepared.
 2. Pentecost is the harvest feast for the wise virgins.
 3. Seventh year of 6th set is a Sabbath year; no sowing or harvesting.

1st year of 7th set of years.
 1. First year of seven years of tribulation.
 2. 7th yr of 7th set  ending the tribulation. Jesus and all saints return from heaven on Tishre 1, at end of 49th year.
 3. After Armageddon on Tishre 1, Jubilee year starts on the feast of atonement, the 10th of Tishre.

I hope you are blessed with this information.
