"The Last Trump vs The Great Trump"

Agree w/many posts that the rapture will take place on Rosh HaShannah for the Bible is very clear that the rapture takes place "at the last trump."  Last trump = Rosh HaShannah = rapture.  (Tend to be a Biblical literalist, that way there's less confusion.)
However, disagree w/those that believe the rapture will take place after the tribulation. (We go up and then immediately come back down?  No, doesn't make sense.)  The "great trump" referenced in Matthew 24:31 is only blown on Yom Kippur...which is after Rosh HaShannah, after the Rapture, after the 10 days of repentence or "awe."  Here's what God's Word (the Bible) says "And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." (NKJV)  Or "...and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other." (NAS)    To me, this then leads to Revelation 19:11-14 which says:  "And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True...and the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses."
The one festival where we're all in agreement is the Feast of Tabernacles, the last of the "seven festivals of the Messiah"  AKA as The Season of Our Joy, The Festival of Ingathering, The Feast of the Nations, The Festival of Dedication, The Festival of Lights, when Jesus sets up His Kingdom on earth for 1,000 years (the Millennium).  Some Biblical scholars believe this is when Jesus was born.  Anyway, a study of the Festivals is fascinating because they all point to Jesus (Yeshua ha Mashiach), past, present, and future!

Thank you, John, for posting this.  YSIC, Sandra Jean!
